COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Wild Wild Brett Indigo is the sixth installment of the WWB series. WWB Indigo had blueberries added into the fermentation and during barrel aging. Known for their deep indigo color, the blueberries add a tart fruit aroma on top of the earthy Brettanomyces tropical fruit flavors.

Tasted on 2/8/14 from a 750mL bottle at the RBWG Grand Tasting, big thanks to Aaron Nielsen for sharing!!! Pours cloudy peachy orange with an average white head that leaves an average collar of lace. The nose is fresh, tart blueberry with some citrus and a spicy yeast character. The flavor is the same with the sour note coming through as a somewhat underripe blueberry. The body is medium with average, smooth carbonation, and a long sour blueberry finish.

Psyched to run through the whole set. Past it's prime though :( my fault. Still a fun night with the gang at Sante. A - pretty dark caramel with redish tinges with low head. S - Nose is a nice funky sour. Acetic up front, vinegar, cheese funk, and sour cream come on strong. Notes of straw, blueberries, and butter. M - medium body and sour! Almost ggressive. T - the taste follows the nose pretty well but is sweeter and the acetic tones are toned down. Some sugary cake batter and blueberries. O - really nice sour from stave. 4 ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sample @ RBWG Asheville After Party. Amber pour with a small head. Nose is tart berry, fruit leather. Mellow acetic funk. The flavor’s similar. Some sweet honey, lemon curd. Bruised pears and more tart beer. Medium body, soft.

Bottle generously shared by Nielsen at the RBWG grand tasting. Nose has sweet cherry cobbler and lemon juice. Surprising sour intensity. Doesn’t go overboard. Lip smacking good cobbler tartness!

Bottle - Sour lemon and citrus. Cloudy orange with a rich beige head. Lots of Bret and sourness. Berry peaks through, but if you didn’t tell me it was there I wouldn’t know. Sour bretty goodness, but no subtle flavours. As I say this is there a bit of blueberry sweetness?

Pour is orange gold, transparent, with a tight off white head. The nose is bright with strong Brett and acetic presence. Blueberry blended in pretty nicely with a leathery Brett and soft dusty presence. Taste is solid, blueberry is the focus but not sweet at all with a lighter Brett presence. Dusty and faint leather with a hint of bandaid. Body is light and airy with a solid softer carbonation and a fairly dry finish.

Bottle: The aroma consists of sour lemon, light blueberry, faint tropical fruits, and brett. It pours a murky dull orange with a small off-white head that quickly fades to a thin film outlined by a slightly thicker ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of blueberry and citrus. The finish has moderate sour lemon and a touch of vanilla. It’s light-medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: APR 25, 2014 Bottle: Thanks, Kevin! Fully murky, copper body with a slightly off-white head. Aroma is Brett-heavy with notes of musty, cobwebs, wet hay, & a light induction of fruit. Taste is nice & tart with a sharp blueberry note, wet hay, lemon, a light acidity, & some funky, almost Brett-like must. A good finishing sourness with ample acidity all the way through. Very nice beer.
