Wild Wild Brett Indigo is the sixth installment of the WWB series. WWB Indigo had blueberries added into the fermentation and during barrel aging. Known for their deep indigo color, the blueberries add a tart fruit aroma on top of the earthy Brettanomyces tropical fruit flavors.

Bottle, 75cl. A finger-thick, dense, off-white head forms over an unclear, orange-golden body. There’s some berry notes in the else fruity and lightly funky aroma. Berries, lemon notes, fruityness and some funk and sourness in the flavor. Some tropical fruit hints. Dry and quite carbonated. Tropical fruits and berries in the finish. A nice one indeed, lacking a bit on complexity. 130216

A touch of yogurt, some oak, grape, and musty funk. Lightly grassy and dry. The flavor is fairly tart, but it has a nice fruit note. Blueberry, lemon, yogurt, and grass. Dry finish, oak, and a slight mustiness.
