Cask conditioned at The Britannia (an Ember Inn), Headington, Oxford. Cloudy gold to amber with cream head. Hmm, the old twang of acetic acid straight away, not the cleanest of lines in this pub by the looks, bready, yeasty, end of the cask perhaps? but I still paid good money for it. Poor.

Cask conditioned handpump Chequers Oxford. A golden beer with a white head. A bit of a fusty feel to this. Creamy texture. Bittering hops. A bit dull and possibly lacking condition but not awful.
