2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask at the Victoria Inn, Rugby, 30/10/13.
Clear golden with a good sized white head.
Nose is fruity, light vinegar strokes, malts.
Taste comprises cereals, pale malts, light fruit, pinch of spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry grassy bitterness in the finish.
Smelling this I thought it was perhaps off, however no sign of the vinegar in the taste. Mediocre GB affair.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cask conditioned at The Bell, Banbury. Pale gold with white head. Fruity, sweetish malty beer with a hint of fruitiness. Smooth, lacks some depth, hints of graininess, drinks easily enough but just a bit uninspiring.
