Polypin at the Orchard, Bristol 6/02/09. Pale, hazy gold in colour. Big apple fruit aroma, with some oak wood. Flavour had plenty of fruit, with some peppery spice and a long, tart finish. Good stuff.

A Mes rate: barrel at GBBF.
Bright hazy yellow colour. Good chunky apple aroma with some slight spice and a sulfurous eggy note. Flavour... BOOM! Massive appley tartness with some lovely bitter citric notes. Juicy and tart with some faint alcohol and glue. Bloody lovely.
