COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brady’s Bay Cream Ale is a pleasantly balanced and refreshing Cream Ale. German Pilsner Malt creates a beautiful golden hued ale, while small amounts of German Caramel Pils and Honey Malt balance the dry character of the beer with just a touch of sweetness and a mild bready malt character. Small amounts of American Citra hops contribute a very subtle fruity character in the background and a clean crisp bitterness. Overall, look for a light bodied, smooth, balanced, easy drinking beer with a soft malt flavor and subtle hop aromas.

Draft with dinner on wiener Wednesday. My my, how did I miss this one for the past two years? One of the steady offerings from Crossroads. A beautifully crisp golden int he glass with a thinner white head. Not much in the lacing category. Nose is ephemeral and is reminiscent of summer hay in the field. Body is full and smooth, intertwined with honey covered pastry. Finish is seamless from body. Lovely.

Straw yellow in my mug at their pub capped by a foamy white head with decent retention. Scent is clean malt and nice grapefruit. Taste is simple. Malt up front with grapefruit and other citrus on the finish. A bit of tannin in there but it’s ok. Liight body, easily drinkable.

On draught at Peint O Gwrw. $2/pint that day! Pours a clear burnished gold with a thin-moderate linen white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and completed coated the glass with each sip. The aroma is grainy malt. Grainy, somewhat husky malt flavor. Mild-moderate bitterness at the finish.
