Golden ale using ’Cluster’ hops - fruit gum and marmalade aromas, quenching and more-ish pale malt body.

Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Yellow and fluffy topped. Smells reasonably hoppy and juicy. Fruity hops dominate: I’m thinking fruit pastilles, tropical juices and some leaf content. Lacks a bit of cutting edge or bite, but very pleasing fruitiness.

Cask conditioned at The Southampton Arms, Kentish Town, London. Gold with white head. Sharp, astringent, grassy bitter with citrus peel notes, loads of bittering hops and appeared to be very popular with the locals. Great stuff.

On cask in the Hole in the Wall Southsea. Golden colour ale with a nice balance of marmalade and hops. From this experience very drinkable.

A - light gold with lasting head A - grapefruit with floral hops T - sweet with light bitter P - light oily texture and soft O - very nice
