Yellow colored, slightly hazy appearance. Little white head. Strongly hopped aroma with nice lemon, apple and some soapy touch. Medium bodied. Flavor is even more hopped, bitterness and lemon dominating. Soapy palated. Good crispy cask ale.

Cask 3 Judges. A rich golden golour with a small white head. Very hoppy and fruity aroma similar with mikkeler brewers. Crisp freshly mowen grsss with later sulphur eggy aromas when warm. Taste is fresh and grassy. Very sweet with american hops and slight carbonation nding on a dry bitter finish. Very Drinkable.
