COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - March 2012.
For March, a brew-up with some Nugget hops from the US, Yakima Valley giving a pale ale malt and nice bitter hops flavour for a refreshing lip-smacker finish.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, London on 5th May 2012. Gold with white foam. Aroma is both hoppy and yeasty, almost like a Weissbier. Hoppy liquid, very slightly savoury, yet fruity. Bitter hops in a grapefruity aftertaste, which lingers between moderate sips. Delicious.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity, grass notes. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, citrus, grass notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120419]

Cask at CP&K. It pours straw yellow, with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is sweet citrus fruit, grass, leaf, hay and a touch of farmyard. The taste is straw, hay, grass, resin, leaf, citrus pith, white grape and passion fruit, with a long bitter-dry finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Yet another flavoursome golden from Crouch Vale.

Cask @ The Harp. Light golden color with a big, fluffy white head. The nose is strong juicy fruits. Mango, peaches, jasmine tea. Quite floral and aromatic. The taste is light seagrass, tropical rotting fruits ballasted by a chewy malt body. Soft and thirst-quenching. Very drinkable. Overall, nice work indeed!
