Cask @ London Drinker 25: A pale orange beer with nice swirls of lace. Grapefruit hop characters dominate the aroma but are thrown slightly off balance by the a light metallic ring. In the mouth you’re hit by quite sweet cereals followed by a dry tongue hoppiness. An assault of orange and waxy foliage. In texture it is smooth and oiled but this is overturned by a rough dryness. An easy drinker.

Cask conditioned at The Wellington, Birmingham. Gold to amber with white head. Long, hoppy dry bitter with sharp grapefruit character. Plenty of hops in typical Crouch Vale style, very pleasant indeed.
