StueyD (590), King’s Lynn, Norfolk, Norfolk, England Jul 15, 2007 A mid amber orange coloured beer with a weak white head. Light, malty aroma, with just a hint of fruit. A mild bitter ness to the taste, malt to begin with, cracker-like. Then a light fruity flavour, grapefruit and orange, plus a strawberry-like, sweeter taste, that even though the finish is a little dry, there is a cloying mouthfeel in the end. (Cask - The Fox & Hounds, Heacham, Norfolk).

Rich gold, tiny head. Sweet malty and citrusy aroma. Big citrussy bite in the taste. Grapefruit, but also some ginger too. A little bit bitter for Anna, but really pressed my buttons. Should rerate. fiulijn (6110), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jul 4, 2008 Cask conditioned at Cockney Pub, Århus
Hazy deep blond color; big creamy head (nitrogen?). It has at first a nice aroma of earthy hops. A smooth mouthfeel, with some malt and caramel flavor, and a good bitterness. Good, but not magic as the old Crouch Vale production.
