Cask at CBI, London on 26th January 2013. Pale amber with greyish white thin foam and lace. Herby hop aromas. Grassy in-mouth with some sweet fruitiness and floral hop. Citric tang hitting roof-of-the-mouth. Grassy floral end with some lingering rear- and upper-mouth bitterness. Light mouthfeel and plenty of body.

Cask handpump at The White Horse, Chelmsford. Light, fruity, zesty - pale straw coloured beer with some head. I think more of a summer beer garden beer, but enjoyed nevertheless.

Draught (Elm Tree, Cambridge)
Lovely citrussy hop aroma. Slight sourness to the taste, but also lots of spicy pungent hops. Quite well attenuated. The oddness in the taste is a bit weird, but it’s not hard to finish the glass.

Cask at Craft, Clerkenwell. Almost clear pale gold beer. Tidy white suddy head. Palate is light and semi dry. Very mild minerals. Very nice light hops - lemon and grass with a pleasant mild tang. Light floralness and a tiny bit of citrus. All joins up very well in to a semi dry finish. Zingy citrus aftertaste. A bit of a cracker and it took me by suprise.

Light sweet flavor, lots of biscuits and doughy bread, light toasty grass, light orange citrus. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately dry finish, light grass, citrus, bready-doughy biscuits. Nice.

(Cask at Old Fountain, Old Street, London, 22 Nov 2012) Golden colour with brief, white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of tropical fruit, peaches and honey. Malty, fruity taste with fruit salad, peaches, pineapple and a gentle citric bitterness in the finish. light body, with a touch of sweetness. Quite decent.

Cask conditioned handpump Cask Pub & Kitchen London 17/12/12. A very pale beer with a white head and lace. A spritzy zesty lemon juice note to the aroma. Zesty and floral in the mouth. A bit of shampoo. Takes time to evolve but then there’s plenty of flavour, even if it is a bit wishy washy.
