COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Special - August 2010.
Exciting new beer for us, featuring Summit hops from the USA. Nice high alpha acid again, should be a fruity prospect

Cask on my English stag, Nottingham BF, 15/10/11. Me and my Dad returned to this one many times over the day. Pale and drenched with condition. That stewed, celery and Darjeeling-accented thing- very English despite the florid US hoppage. Very sessionable little effort.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma is very flowery combined with notes of hops - like a meadow in summertime. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of hops combined with medium notes of spices and flowers, leading to a dry and very bitter finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of tdtm82. Pours a cloudy golden with a small, rough white head. Excellent aroma from the US aroma hops - peach and citrus. Medium body, sweet fruit and again great aromatic hops leaving a solid hop bite. This is amost APA territory. An excellent quaffer. 021110

Bottle. home, picked up on order request from the brewery at Queen’s Head. Poured into goblet glass. Lovely white head, lacing is very good. quite cloudy appearance and a little murky even with rest, excellent yeast strain, really strong hoppy aroma of passion fruits, pine and perfume, drinkability is mesmerising, very dry-lemon finish, also some oranges, some doughy yeast, some grassy elements, a lovely fruity finish, medium. Low carbonation and oily and creamy. One sensational beer. Please do NOT stop at this ultra limited range. I am gasping for more.

Cask Conditioned gravity dispense Peterborough BF 2010. A bronze coloured beer with off-white bubbles. A superbly hoppy beer in both nose and mouth. Citrus to the fore with tangerines the stand out flavour. Typically well brewed by C Vale with a super long finish.
