3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Light looking beer with a slightly frothy head, the aroma is slightly spicy and hopped, and the flavour is dry/hopped. Overall a basic ale.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Cask Conditioned, at the Wenlock Arms, London.
Golden body with fluffy, soft white head. Lovely hoppy aroma, supported by even more hops lifting from the glass. Lovely, light and refreshing, easily competing with any lager on a hot summers day. Bumped into Ungstrup and MartinKurbert just by chance and ended up having a great night of it.

This Ale is notable for it’s fantastic aroma. Second to none. Hops. Flowers Elderberry flowers. The Flavor is a bit weaker to the dry side with a more dominant palate. Nice

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Beer #4 at Chelmsford Beer Festival, with Duff. Another fine beer from Crouch Vale. Straw/gold colour. Pronounced spicy, peppery, leafy hop aroma. Much the same on the palate. Very crisp and refreshing. Packed with flavour for a weak beer. Excellent. Cask (gravity dispense).
