[Cask at Wenlock Arms, London] A dark orange beer with a very small white head. The aroma is sweet and very hoppy, while the flavor is sweet and quite hoppy, I can’t tell which hop has been used, but I like it. And the flavor also has notes of oranges.

From cask at Charlies. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and crisp hoppy. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy, citrusy and slight grassy. Bitter, grassy and citrusy crisp hoppy finish.

Pale golden color, good white head. Honyeish, flowery nose. Starts with hard mouthfeel and quite watery, then nice hoppy bitterness. Long bitter aftertaste. Dry.

27th May 2011 Gravicask at the Sun Inn, Kelvedon for their bank holiday weekend beer fest. Pale gold beer, not much of a head. Low carbonation. Smooth semi dry palate. The hops are juicy and mildy marmalade. Fresh. Standard golden ale but done well.

Cask conditioned at The Cross Keys, Knaresborough, N. Yorks. Gold with white head. Fruity malts with a hint of sweetness follwed by a lemony, bitter, dryish hop note. Nice and tasty, another good beer from Crouch Vale.
