COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Pretty much a permanently available beer now. Very pale with delicious Amarillo hops, therefore earthily aromatic and highly drinkable. Yakima Valley is the area of Washington State in which the hops are grown. pron: YAK’-i-maw

Cask at GBBF 2012. Pours a clear gold colour with a small white head, the aroma is malty but has plenty of fruit, the taste is crisp with fruit and hops with a good dry bitter finish.

Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, lemon, cat piss notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110429]
