Cask: Pretty much a permanently available beer now. Very pale with delicious Amarillo hops, therefore earthily aromatic and highly drinkable. Yakima Valley is the area of Washington State in which the hops are grown. pron: YAK’-i-maw

Cask @ Charlies Bar, Cph.
Pours pale yellow-golden with a small, frothy, white film head. Fine duration. Aroma is pleasant, earthy, citric, apples, melons, subte crisp malts. Low carbonation, great dry and rather creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is earthy again, light fruity, pepper, rosees, floral, kinda crisp maltiness in the centre before citric hops take over at the end. Nice.
