nothing special, nothing bad. Standard pale ale, easy to drink but nothing that made me want to have it again

The best example of an American-style pale ale coming out of New Zealand. Perfect in every way, with a fantastic floral aroma coming from New Zealand grown Cascade hops. As the bottle says - lovely burps.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Ingevara (662) - SWEDEN - JAN 23, 2012
Dark reddish. Short lasting head. Fruity nose, a little tangy at first, maybe a bit too carbonated. Fruity flavor with a good balance of maltiness and hops. Pomerance and grapefruit. Delicious burps? Yeah!
4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Brenhophead (217) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - DEC 4, 2011
Pours a nice dark copper with quickly fading head and ok lacing. Very subtle aroma of citus/grapefruit and hop resin. I very nice resin and subtle citus flavor with a decent malt backing. Being a pale ale the flavour is light but oh boy it is perfectly balanced with the malt, this is very drinkable a great quaffer kudos Croucher.
3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 omega (215) - NEW ZEALAND - NOV 20, 2011
A solid performer for Croucher with a fresh fruity nose. Not an overly carbonated beer, but has rich flavours of caramel that linger in the back palate.

Pours with a reddish tinge and didn’t seem to hold a head for too long. Reasonable amount of body. Found it bitter with only the slightest taste of fruitiness. It didnt linger on the palate for too long. It also seemed to taste higher in alcohol than actualy is.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 jimthechap (795) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - NOV 7, 2011
Coppery-rosy hues in an amber beer with a white head that sinks into the glass and releases good green fruity hop aromas and a touch of grassiness. Same flavours evident upon tasting, plenty of carbonation and a good amount of bitterness. The finish lingers for some time and leaves a hankering for another pint. You can’t ask for more than that, can you?

Tap @ Galbraith’s Hazy, brown-gold pour with a short white head leaving moderate lace. Light caramel nose. Medium body and carbonation. Caramel, pine, almonds, toast and some citrus. Short, dry, bitter finish. Reminds me of SN Green - very sessionable. Another winner from Croucher!
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 maneliquor (1189) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - APR 1, 2011
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours an opaque copper with a one finger width white head. The head is very dense and there is some good lacing. Aroma is subtle, a little too light. Very light hops and sweet fruits. Flavour brings out a very nice sweet malt backing. Caramel and citrus in there. Wasn’t expecting much but came away fairly happy with this one
