200ml, 6.5% abv, at the brewpub. Low patchy surface, spotty lacing. Clear amber body. On the nose I got earthy malts added by a mild spicy touch. Malty- dried fruity flavours leading to a gentle bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Pretty desirable (Oslo 06.08.2013).

Copper, white head. Smells of grass, caramel and malts. Moderate sweet, quite dry mouthfeel, quite clean taste, typical lager yeast. Medium bitter, quite grassy. Very nice; not very bock’ish, but a very nice and drinkable beer

Lovely clear amber. Sweet, malty, very true to type. A nice bitter twist in the tail.

Appearance: Clear deep golden color with a small tan layer. Some lacing.
Aroma: Slightly sweet fruity and mild malty.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Slightly sweet fruity, malty and a hoppy tail.
Overall impression: Nice tasty and easy drinkable heller bock. Not usually my favorite, but this was ok.
Personal stats: On tap @ source

Small white head. Clear amber body. Light strawy earthy aroma with caramelly notes. Dry-sweet grainy grassy oily taste with spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Drying mealy spicy dried fruit taste with earthy notes. Nice, harmonic, drinkable, a bit boring. (0.2l draft @ brewpub.)
