On tap at Crowbar, december 14th 2013. Dark red body with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet malt, nuts, orange. Taste is heavy sweet caramel with alcohol and a light fruit sting. Some yeast spice in finish. Boozy aftertaste with malt and fruit.

Medium white head over red golden clear beer. Fruity, malty and nutty on the nose, medium intensity, faint hop flower. Medium plus full bodied with an oily slickness, good spritz and malty sweetness which holds well, close to balanced with the discreet bitterness, though an extra sweet and alcoholic hotness lingers a bit. Decent pub drinking and satisfying for its style promise.

Hazy ochre pour, with small white head. Juicy citrus aroma, with small hint of spices. Medium body with balanced sweetness and wholesome spicyness. Mild finish.

Small glass at the pub. Darkish yellow and hazy, small head which disappears rather quickly. Sweet on the nose, fruity yeast, hints of roasted malts. The first impression is the sweetness, but itís well balanced in my opinion. Nice and fruity. Surprisingly it finishes off rather roasted, like an IPA. Well balanced palate, smooth and oily, nicely carbonated. The alcohol is barely noticeable. This is pretty good for a Belgian triple, wouldnít mind trying it again.

Small glass, draught, night cap at CrowBar & Bryggeri. Firm lacework from a moderate and lasting white head. Hazy, orange coloured body. Mid-sweet smell of apricot and orange. Candied fruity taste joined by caramel malts. Marmalade impression. Mostly hidden alcohol. Soft in the mouth. Medium bodied. Gets a tad too sweet for my taste buds, however, still relatively pleasant to drink (Oslo 10.12.2013).

On tap @ Crowbar. Thin one had already deep dark orange look, perhaps even after bit of amber in it and itís cloudy in tho glass with all tiny quickly islandy white sidesticking top. Not to extreme on that nose really. Iíve get tones of pineapple, sweet caramel, something sticky sweets and a little hint of alcoholic yeast. It carries a nice little punch when sipping to it. The mouthfeel is nice and oily and then carbonation is above average. Almost lively. A good amount of alcohol with a nice almost candied sugar (white) sweetness. Itís actually quite flavorful this. Sticky sweet banana/marmalade like flavors in the somewhat mouthdrying finish and aftertaste. A nice go at a hard genre. 16.10.2013. 16.10.2013

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy brass. Very fruity. Apricots. Dry finish, the alcohol well masked. Bitter almonds giving an edge in the back.
