Fra kran på bryggeripuben 29 Okt 13. Brun. Gjørmete. Lavt skum som etterlater litt lacing. Forsiktig aroma av bær. Smaken har innslag av krydder & einer. Bra - men litt uvariert.

Tap at brewpub, december 14th 2012. Brown body, tiny beige head. Malty aroma, sweet, diacetyl? Sweet grainy taste, spice, but again I’m thinking diacetyl. It may still be a bit young. Ok bitterness.

From tap @Crowbar, Oslo. Pours a clear reddish-brown body, under a medium greyish blond head. Malt drops, biscuits and a candy-like fruitiness to the nose. Notes of Christmassy spices. Light and clean. Fairly sweet and biscuity. Light soapy on the palate. A mouth-drying spiciness linger in the finish. [13.12.12]

Small offwhite head. Clear brown body with light carbonation. Light floral caramelly aroma with perfumy spicy notes. Dry-sweet perfumy fruity soft drink taste with herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, lightly fizzy mouthfeel. Dryish strongly spicy cinnamon aftertaste with dusty roasty rye crisp bread notes. Nice, but a bit artificial and strange. (0.2l draft at brewpub.)

On tap at the brewpub. Cookies, malt, well balanced. Gingerbread and other spices. On the sweet side. Lovely glowing ruby.

Pours amber with a beige head. Smells of malt, grain and diacetyl, maybe some oxidation as well. Moderate sweet, not at all hoppy, i guess the diacetyl has mascated the hops for now. Moderate bitter finish
