Clear light medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100118]

Cask. Clear amber golden with a creamy off-white head leaving laces. Sweet caramel in the nose with a little flowery hops. Light body, flat, again caramel and light peach accents. Has a vague underlying tartness. Dry and lightly hoppy finish. 180110

Cask at The Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield. An amber beer with a with a thin lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of grass. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and a bit of diacethyl, leading to a dry finish.
