COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This American interpretation of an English Brown Ale is a malt lovers dream! Large doses of British, Belgian and American specialty malts yield a full-bodied yet supremely drinkable ale. As you raise this pint up to your nose you will be inundated with woderful aromas of caramel, toffee and faint hints of dark baker's chocolate. Glacier hops provide just enough bitterness to completely round out this brew and also contribute a faint flowery aroma that is lurking amongst all the malty goodness!

"Good brown, fairly robust with the familiar dark toasted malt and grassy hop qualities. Deep brown body, tan head and supple lacing. Medium bodied and very well balanced. "

On tap at Crown Brewing and served in a shaker. This brown ale poured a clear, mahogany brown with a quickly settling head of tan foam. A small amount of lacing was left behind. The aroma of the beer was made up of toasted grains, caramel, sweet malts, and also some floral hops. The flavor consisted of caramel, very light chocolate, toasted malts, and a hint of dark fruits. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied and clean with mild carbonation. A really nice, sessionable beer.
