COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
I don’t know about you, but I can’t wait until fall to drink a porter! This medium bodied example of the style is what I like to refer to as a "Summer Porter." A combination of 2-row, Wheat & Chocaolate malts yield a scrumptious ale with a rich chocolaty flavor. Our unique feature of this brew is the heavy usage of CTZ and Centennial hops primarily for their aromatic properties. A very drinkable dark ale with swirling aromas of flowers, pine and dark chocolate is the result. Enjoy!

On tap at the brewpub: I liked the aroma of this dark brown ale - scents of pine, wildflowers, and grapefruit zest over sweet dark chocolate. It’s medium to light bodied and smooth to drink. The hops don’t add too much bitterness to the flavor, but their presence is enough to balance the rich chocolate sweet malt tastes. The finish is lightly dry. Very nice ale by brewmaster Jim Cibak.
