draught at 2009 oak park micro brew and food review. aroma contains a distinct caramel note and lightly developed butterscotch. hazy orange pour. light smoke and more caramel flavor. refreshing despite the developed roast.

Draft sample at IBGF Summer 2009. Poured clear copper color with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt and earthy aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. A good drinkable beer.
