Draft sample at IBGF 2009. Poured hazy yellow white color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Moderate yeasty citrus aroma. Light to medium body with a sticky texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus sweet flavor with a medium to heavy sweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

On tap at the brewpub: They do a disservice to this beer when they write it’s "Similar to Blue Moon." This actually looks and tastes like a wit, pouring a hazy, almost cloudy pale straw body with a sustained, frothy white head and plenty of Belgian lace. The aroma is soft, bready malts with light coriander spicing. The flavor adds a touch of citric tartness. Very refreshing brew.
