Cask Conditioned at The Bulls Head, Leek. Light golden colour with bubbly head. Smooth malty, roasted start then rounding into a deep tangy hop, dry and fresh. Full of flavour with warming alcohol overnotes. Juicy big beer.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, fruity, light hoppy, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity citrus, malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111020]

Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma is fruity and hoppy with a little base malt. Flavors are malt, citrus, and finishes with a little alcohol and bitterness.

Cask Handpump at the Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield 21/12/2002 Clear golden coloured and slightly pale. Fruity with a dry hop finish.
