UPDATED: SEP 4, 2009 1. Cask Handpump from the Main Hall at the Assembly Rooms, Derby Winter Ales Festival 05/01/2008 White head. Floral aroma. Clear golden coloured hoppy and slightly citrus flavour. A little creamy on the palate. Some bitterness in a crisp and dry full malt finish. 2. Cask Handpump at the Hillsborough Hotel, Sheffield 29/11/2008 Floral and hop aroma. Clear golden coloured and hoppy with a crisp and slightly dry lasting malt finish.

Cask conditioned at Harbury Beer Fest ’08. Straw colour with white head. Light and bitter beer, easy on the palate, quite refreshing but with a good lemony hoppy character. Crisp and long finish. Decent.
