Draft sample at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Aroma of straw, honey, grains, wood chips, earthy notes, and sweet malts. Flavor of straw, honey, grains, sweet malts, and mild spice. Light bodied, crisp, and refreshing. Active carbonation, sharp on the palate. Not bad.

Tasted 9/23/09.12oz bottle. Pours filtered but lively. Golden hue with a pillowy two fingers of white head. Grainy cereal aromas with a touch earthy mustiness. Light to medium and slightly crisp. Little astringent with a slight buttery kick. Finishes with a punch of bitterness. Relatively speaking. Lingering tingling effervescence. It’s ok...

Very blonde, almost white, with a small white head. Light hops and grain aroma. Clean and light body with a slight malt taste.

Pours very light yellow / blond with a snow white sudsy head. The aroma has very light mildly toasted malt (if any toast), clean and light husk. Medium / light body with lightly abrasive carbonation. The flavor starts very light on the flavor with a bit of malt and corn-like flavor. The finish adds some spiciness. Fair.

Pour is a bright gold with a small white head. Aroma is grain and not much else. Flavor is some dry malts but this is very light and watery. Nothing to look for here.
