This is an excellent beer out of bottle. It is one of the best I’ve found... subtle sweet enjoyable. Light on hops, I’m a hops lover now, but this would be one of my beers of choice if it was near us. Light malty sweetness, very smooth. I’ve not had another blonde/ or beer like this. Highly recommended.

12 ounce bottle. Hmm, once upon a time it seemed like it was just Boulevard in Missouri, then Schlafly, and now Crown Valley. Pours a golden straw color with a nice sudsy head. I get lots of straw and light malt smell in the nose. Light mouthfeel. Cereal up front, giving way to lemonay and floral notes, followed by a semi bittersweet finish. This would be a fairly decent "lawnmower" beer. Enjoyable.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Sammer (750) - Plano, Texas, USA - SEP 15, 2010
Hazy golden pour from bottle. Thin head. Aroma is citrus. Taste is citrus, spice and lemon peel. Clean finish. Pretty good summer beer.

Pours golden with a pillowy white head. Aroma is very floral, dandelion and and a grainy cereal note, followed by slight burlap whif. Flavor is full and well balanced, mildly sweet cereal start giving way to the floral hops which play as much in the back of the sinus as they do the tongue, over a warm nutty character. Mouthfeel is just a tad thin, but far from ruining this otherwise impressively balanced and finely detailed session beer. An underrated beer in an underrated style.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 hayduke (2531) - Eureka, California, USA - SEP 14, 2010
Courtesy of Strykzone. This poured from the 12 oz bottle a clear gold with a moderate sized white head and light lacing. The nose is light caramel malts and floral hops. Medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Flavor is a good balance of malts and hops and the finish is lightly biter. Good session beer and quite enjoyable.

Clear pale gold, thick foamy white head fades. Aroma of sweet corn, peach, apple, caramel. Taste is light corny sweetness and mild overall. Medium light body, soft carbonation. Although this beer is light and mild, it is very drinkable and there is nothing overly flawed with it.

Bottle. Found these at Gomers in Lees Summit. What a find. The beer is average but I love trying new beers from Missouri. This poured a bright yellow color with a decent two finger white head. This brew left lacing on the side of the glass as it went. Aroma was bread, malts, and grass. Flavor was better than expected. Grass, metallic flavors, some mild bitterness, and yeast. Clean crisp finish. Light body. This beer would be perfect for hot summer days!
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 vyvvy (2920) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - JUN 7, 2009
Pours very light yellow / blond with a snow white sudsy head. The aroma has very light mildly toasted malt (if any toast), clean and light husk. Medium / light body with lightly abrasive carbonation. The flavor starts very light on the flavor with a bit of malt and corn-like flavor. The finish adds some spiciness. Fair.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 hogan873 (437) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - APR 6, 2010
Pale golden body with a quickly disappearing fluffy white head. Light aroma that reminds me of springtime. Dandelions and cereal. Very thin mouthfeel with high carbonation. Light in flavor and very drinkable. Overall sweet with some light bitterness at the end. Not a bad brew at all. Perfect for hot summer days.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 MrRain (473) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - APR 23, 2010
12oz bottle poured into a Sam Adams glass. This blond pours light yellow but is still full of color and not washed out like a pale lager. The head is large and creamy. The aroma is full of well water and delicate grains. There is a very slight fruity smell as well. The palate is quite light and the flavor is refreshing. It has a little too much grain to be called a Kolsh but is similiar in my opinion.
