3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. I loved the aroma, citrus, spices (mainly pepper). Hazy, dark yellow color, large white head, good lace. Sweet, citrus, but that’s it, medium body. The aroma looks promising but the beer starts weak and finishes boring.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Enjoyable enough beer if a little sweet for my tastes. I have had better blonds (fnarr fnarr) but this is ok.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2006 Fully orange-copper; good amberish head. A bit of sewage water, not very fresh nose, pilsner malt to be gratious and not very much else. Sweet, cloying as if a caricature of the Van Steenberge taste, sweet ossewit (oxenfat), and white candi sugar; Empty MF, just... sugar. GOD!! People ought to know better by now. I’m developing this little theory of mine. The worst beer in the world, is the beer that Belgian brewers make for Dutch breweryhirers...?

Hoparoma. Soft hopbitter flavor. Long hopbitter aftertaste. Straightforward hoppy blonde. No other flavors to attract or distract. 13-in-a-dozen maybe, but well made.
