Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, chlorine. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, burnt caramel, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100629]

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and spicy. And so is the flavor, in the flavor cloves and sage are quite strong together with notes of brown sugar, leading to a dry end.

(Bottle 33 cl) Dark brown with a pronounced reddish hue, gigantic beige-coloured head with good retention and stability. Malty with chocolaty notes and a dry and rather bitter finish. Some yeasty aromas. Decent Dubbel but not overly complex. A Dutch abbey beer, but apparently brewed by Van Steenberge in Belgium? 210605

Bottle. Hazy orange brown coloured with a beige head. Sweet aroma of dried fruits, caramel and marzipan. Sweet flavour of dried fruits, caramel and marzipan. Very carbonated.

Bottle @ Odense Late March Tasting, 2012. Pours ruby dark amber with a small creamy head. Lots of dark fruit, caramel and a bit of yeast. Full bodied. Sweet and warming. Fine Belgium.

Bottle, 7.5%. Mild malty aroma. Clear dark brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour is malty, slightly roasted. Has a hint of iron, but drinkable.

Odense spring time specialties night at Dolle. Chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of caramel and plums. Sweet sugary flavour with fruity notes.

It’s red mahogany with a creamy head and the aroma has notes of malt, fruit, light apple and candy-sugar. The flavour is sweet with notes of candy-sugar, malt, grapefruit, iron and the finish is slightly dry.

Bottle. Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty light hoppy not very pleasent aroma. barnyrad notes. Light bitter very acetic flavor. Short fnish. Oily palate. This botle must be infected alas.

Grapes aroma. Malty, almost buttery flavor with peach and grapes. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel. Hints of licorice and a slight tartness. Just a bit sugary.
