3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
I’m not sure if a beer can be any more pale yellow than this one is. Lemony, spicy hip aroma. Flavor follows along with very mild cereal grain. A very solid pils.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Biscuity malt aroma with herbal notes and slight lemony citrus. Pours clear golden colored with one finger of white head that has excellent retention and some lacing. Starts with good biscuity malt flavor with light herbal notes. Finishes dry and refreshing with some lemony citrus cutting through the malt and herbal flavors. Decent pils.

12 oz single can from Molly’s Spirits for $2.32. Clear, pale golden appearance with a white head. Aroma of bread, light yeast, toasted grain, earth and light noble hops. Similar flavor, adding mild bitterness, light sweetness and a lingering, light dry finish. Light to medium body with a crisp feel. Solid pilz overall yo.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Brilliant clear light gold with a thin foamy head that leaves plenty of lace. Biscuity and pilsnerish grassy tones on the nose. Smooth and peppery-grassy flavor with crackery Pilsner malt and a dry grassy finish. Clean but average and whatever.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at the brewery Tasting Room in Bend.
Thin, near watery body. Pale light golden body, Mediocre head and lacing.
Aroma and flavor (although weak) follow the style with a small twist, I think, via hop selection.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
hazy champagne yellow. Aroma lemons dough. tastes floral, spicy like lillies. dry, oddly heavy palate. firm bitterness. Very tasty and aromatic, but the palate is really weirding me out. Should be lighter and more refreshing.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Can - pours gold with the slightest haze to it - nose has floral noble hops, moderate mineral, slight tanginess, moderate, clean pils malt sweetness - texture is wonderful - soft and creamy - medium dry and crisp, with bright fruitiness and grassy hops, with underlying bread crust, mineral, some more savory maltiness on the tail end - dry, moderately bitter finish - fantastic - if it weren’t 12 bucks a six pack, I’m make it my go-to pils for the summer - hell, I still might.
