3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 12HundredBaud (262) - Sausalito, California, USA - DEC 10, 2010
Bottle from a local supermarket. It pours a hazy light brown liquid with small white bubbly head. It smells of roasted sweet malt, with a little caramel, ripe fruit, wood and lightly of hops. The taste is strongly malted, medium sweet and a little bitter as well as lightly alcoholic. It is mildly carbonated, with medium body and oily texture. It finishes lightly bitter and dry. A good cellar-matured premium lager; worth tasting it. Nice presentation: elegant bottle and crown cap.
2.4 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 garza (560) - Oslo (NO), Caracas (VE), VENEZUELA - NOV 19, 2010
Pours orange brown colour with a decent light tan head. Far malty sweet caramel aroma. Malty taste, medium sweetness, lightly bitter and the alcohol level make itself present at the end of the tongue and the palate. Light body, oily feel, average carbonation and a short light dry bitter after taste.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 jesperhammer (2203) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - SEP 10, 2010
02-SEP-2010, bottle on Mallorca:)
Beautifull bottle:) I am rating the content though - and that is nothing special - perhaps ratebeer should incorporate bottle rating in the score...?
OK clean strong lager. For a spanish beer this is not so bad.
I guess I rated this too low since there is nothing wrong with it?

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Bosskie (256) - NETHERLANDS - JUL 18, 2010
Uncommon wooden-brown colour, transparent, no bubbles, weak flat head. Very matly, slightly yeasty-citric smell. Fresh and dry. Hints of pepper. Malty palate with very subtle caramel and coffee. Refreshing, watery with little bitterness. Dry finish with no sweetness. A pilsener trying to be more, nothing surprising but quite interesting for the Spanish market.

Solita solfa, in Spagna le birre buone non sanno proprio che cosa siano, che forma abbiano e come si fanno.
