2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Location: 33 cl bottle from an El Corte Ingles, 4/4/13
Aroma: The aroma is quite malty, toast, caramel, and with a bit of grassy hop notes as well
Appearance: This one pours a clear gold color with a thin white head and some very light lace streaks
Flavor: The taste is much the same, it is clean and malty, with just enough hops to notice them
Palate: It has a fairly light body, I expected more heft considering its over 6%, but it is clean and drinkable
This one really doesn’t feel like a heck of a lot more than a Pale Lager, but it is clean, drinkable, and solid. There isn’t a ton a going on here, but it has just enough to step it up from the lighter Pale Lagers you find all around Spain.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle from a supermarket in Barcelona. Poursa golden brown, minimal head. Malty, fruity, overpowered with alcohol. ’Gran reserva 1904’ promises more but under-delivers.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tiene un aroma agradable y un sabor que tampoco está mal. Más amarga que la Cruzcampo normal. Ahora, como para que le den el premio a la mejor Strong Pale Lager seguro que no. Happy New Year ^^

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
23/11 0.33 l bottle from some random store in Barcelona. It poured deep golden body with medium sized head. Weaker, malty aroma, not bad though. Flavor was sweet, somewhat alcoholic, malty in honey, grainy and dusty way. Medium bodied with long, warming sweetish finish. Not bad for what it is.
