Smells like apples, tastes very refreshing and goes down quick thanks to a 2% alcohol content. Looks like a repackaged low-end cider, found at a supermarket in Paris. Not so bad for the price and good for a hot day.

crown cap, no cork. very carbonated. sweet apple and not much else, just the lightest yeast. good and refreshing, and its practically juice at this abv, even if not particularly interesting. found in Paris, October 2011, for about 3 Euros. clear, gold color.

Bottle from Epicerie, 82 rue Lamarck, Paris; screwtop
Deep blond color, big bubbles, fizzy, no head retention. Light fruity aroma (apples and lemon). Semi-sweet, light apple juice flavor, very light late acidity. Pleasant drink, but not an interesting cider.

Bottle probably found in Cannes yeah. A big thick white head that vanished immediately leaving a yellow body. Very dusty apple nose. Sugary , too sugary sweet appley doux, oh so ordinary. Presented as generic and generic it is. For French standards of course.

11/10 A 0.75 l bottle found at the Carrefour in Cannes I believe. Not corked, but screw capped like some cheap wine. Golden bodied with typical short living head. Fresh apples in aroma and some cork, although there wasn’t one on the bottle I assume it’s from real wooden barrels. Sweet flavor, quite full bodied for only 2% ABV, simple with just smashed sweet apples, but pleasant. Longer sweetish finish that isn’t sour at all. Expected something bad as of the bottle look, but turned out to be a good Doux.
