Hazy dark amber color; small creamy head. A lot of caramel, with medium sweetness; it’s somewhere between a strong Amber Ale, a Doppelbock and a Strong American Ale; alcoholic; powerful but without directions. Pleasant but confusing.

@Pilsner Petes East Coast Gathering-750ml bottle–pours a disappearing light tan head and amber color. Aroma is light brown sugar, dark fruit-raisin, sweet. Tastis resin hops bite, light brown sugar, dark fruit-raisin, sweet. Nice once I got past the surprise that the taste was much different than the nose. Thanks eyedrinkale for sharing.
