Draught at Fiebre de Malta, Mexico City. Hazy orange/amber, firm creamy head. Aroma of lime and grapefruit. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Plenty of lime, grapefruit and pine. Long bitter finish with resiny undertones. Nice!

Excelente cerveza

A better than average pale ale. Not particulary hoppy, but with a nice caramel balance.

Rating #1037 - March 26, 2014 - Finally shook off a cold and can resume enjoying the life of a beer sales rep. Dark amber pour with a bubbly, lasting white foam. Aroma is sweet citrusy, tangerine notes, mild grassiness.Taste is a blast of citrusy sweetness, tempered by a non-threatening hoppy bitterness. Lots of nice nutty, caramel malt texture as well. Certainly bold in hop flavour, but fits the session profile of the APA quite well at 5.8% - a bite worthy of its namesake.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 12/13/2014. Pours lightly hazy orange amber color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toast, biscuit, light nuttiness, floral, grass, and floral/toasted earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of citrus/floral hops and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toast, biscuit, light nuttiness, floral, grass, light pine, and floral/toasted earthiness. Light floral/pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of grapefruit, lemon zest, orange peel, caramel, toast, biscuit, light nuttiness, floral, grass, and toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of citrus/floral hops and bready malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately creamy/bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is a very good English pale ale. All around good balance and robustness of citrus/floral hops and bready malt flavors; and very smooth to drink. A nicely enjoyable offering.

UPDATED: MAY 18, 2014 Color dorado oscuro, bien gasificada, cabeza muy duradera, de burbujas muy finas, como claras a punto de turrón. Se antoja mucho. Aroma a lúpulo y caramelo. Sabor amargo pero bien equilibrado. Excelente textura en boca.

Bottle at the hotel in San Diego. Clear golden beer with a rich lasting offwhite head. Hoppy fruity aroma, bready, caramel, biscuits, wheat, some herbal notes. Hoppy floral flavor, bready, grainy, a bit artificial. Hoppy bready finish with hay and fruity notes.

Light amber/copper color. Mild hops/citrus smell. Creamy head that disapears fast. Simple taste but enough to satisfy. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from unknown. Pours a slightly cloudy golden color, little to no tan head. Aroma really strange, dried fruit, strawberries. Body lively with a subtle lingering bitterness. Way different.
