22oz. Murky brown, ultra thin barley wine. Not that malty and sureasfuck not hopped well. Has alcohol. $2 & still blah.

Bottle picked up locally from notes. Pours a clear reddish brown color with a small beige head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, caramel, honey, dark fruit, a hint of green apple, very sweet which hides the abv, light bodied, just ok.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Alexei and Raphaela’s. Thanks Alexei. Dark orange-light brown, murky, with a white ring. rotten oranges, malt, berries and sugar - jam-like. Slightly sour, very fruity and sugary, marmalade. Full body, long, jammy aftertaste and carbonated. More beer than a barley wine, but in a good way.

Solid golden haze, decent ringed head and bubbly lacing. Caramel and pine, fairly breezy nose for a double digiter. Initial taste is smooth, sweet and piney mint. Carbonation is soft, fairly clean mouthfeel. Finishes sweet, not too sticky, and swift piney linger. Nothing overly amazing but fairly piney, sweet Americanny barely wine. Not overly malty and passes through the ABV like a breeze.

Taste is mostly sweet with some slight bitterness and a kick of booze. tastes good, lots of flavor and better to drink slowly. the beer is very good although im not into barley wines. very nice anyway

Aroma is rich malts, toffee, caramel, Belgian sugar. Taste is rich sweet malts with slight yeast and candy sugar. Light liquor burn but really not that bad. Quite nice. Appearance is a slightly hazy amber body with a thin pearl head that retains fairly well.
