3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
A wonderful nose is rich malt and honey. Appearance is medium to light brown and it is clear with little visible carbonation. Tiny head that seems to leave more lace than it could. The flavor doesn’t live up to the sweetness promised by the aroma. Hops are much forward than expected and they offer a surprising early bite. As the palate adjusts and the beer warms the hops fade a bit allowing that malt and honey to step up. Finish is fruity which surprises once again. Aftertaste is sour. This is balanced at the extremes with sharp tart hops and quite sweet malt and honey. Nothing in between. Truly interesting, unique, and flavorful. Nicely crafted.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Sweetness in the aroma as the golden color poured into the glass. Limited head and lacing. Definite honey and malt in the flavor and a touch of hops in the aftertaste.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dark amber/gold pour (like honey) and a moderate white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of moderately roasted caramel malt and honey (no noticable off-notes as some others related). Flavors are relatively rich caramel malt, bread dough, sweet honey, floral hoppiness. Decent and repeatable Mexican beer that surprised me.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle shared by badnewsbeers. Hazy, honey-colored body, thin off-white head. Sweet, tangy nose with honey and biscuit. Thin body, watery, pretty much tasting like carbonated water with honey and light leafy, soapy notes. Easy to drink and inoffensive, but bland.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a very clear orange amber with a small white head. The aroma is swewt with plenty of honey and a nice caramelly malt. The hops dont quite balance the sweetness but are very effident somw fruity esters are there giving it an almost english ale character The flavor is veey nice and smooth with a good hop bitterness and flavor. The malt seems to play the background but plays it well the honey flavor seems to be lost in the flavor the fruity esters are there also. Overall this is a nice drinking beer that seems to resemble an English ale to me.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, off-white, mostly diminishing.
Body is medium amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (caramel, toasted grain), lightly hoppy (apricot, flowers), with a strong note of diacetyl.
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, moderately bitter, unclean.
Medium body, watery texture, lively/fizzy carbonation.
I think they may have ran out of honey in this batch and substituted diacetyl instead. Phew-ee!

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bready, sweet, hoppy aroma. The taste is very hoppy for a honey beer with notes of pine, grass, toffee, and honey. Its really not too bad a beer. Different if not interesting.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20

Flavor starts lightly sweet and acetic, then finishes moderately bitter and a little sour. Palate is light to medium, watery, with a fizzy carbonation and finishes slightly alcoholic. An average tasting Golden Ale with no noticeable honey as mentioned in the description.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours medium amber with decent white head that retains ok. Nose has some metallic prickly components and a whiff of honey. Palate has cereal grain, BMC-malt like character, with unpleasant but light hops to balance it out. Not as much honey as one would expect.
