Bottle, 355ml. Pours a clear maple colour with a reddish hue and a modest offwhite head. Aroma is nice and strong, lots of sweet notes: caramel, honey, etc. as well as some roasted character. Taste is heavy and robust, dry fruits and nut domaining. Nice lingering, bitter finish. Surpisingly good for a Mexican beer, although normal by Cucapá’s standards.
