Amber color, almost no head. Some hop aroma, cereals, apparently oldish, with some vanilla. The caramel flavor is good, the mouthfeel is lean and quite dry, and it has a very nice lemony character; strong bitterness.
Probably not fresh, nevertheless interesting.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Toasted malts, ok medium hoppy, mediu bitterness, knækbrød, citrus, light sharp solvent note. vegetable notes, earthy. A bit messy.

Bomber from Bine & Vine. Pours orange copper with a transient beige head. Aroma seems floral and citrus. Med body. Flavor is citrus over somewhat roasty malt. Edging kind of close to a hoppy APA. Decent flavor, and it finishes nicely bitter. Underrated methinks.

Bottle. Poured hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate bitter flavor with a moderate bitter finish of medium duration. Very good brew.
