On tap at the restaurant adjacent to the brewery. Pale gold. Grassy hops. Mild fruit, a notably malty finish, which was a surprise. A fairly interesting and enjoyable beer.

Cask Deep honey body, creamy white head. Nice aroma of toffee malts and fragrant floral and fruity hops. Smooth body, low carbonation, medium bodied. Toffee maltiness with a good bit of fruit hop character. Moderate bitterness. Pretty good.

Cask at Edinburgh beer festival 2008 ... Copper ... vanilla malts nose ... vanilla and woody toffee and some malts

Cask at troon beer fest 07. Aroma is honey, nutty, very malty. Taste is a similar bag of tricks with hint sof figs in syrup.

On the pub of Sligachan Hotel, Sligachan, Isle of Skye, Scotland. Amber, moderate head. The aroma has discrete notes of hops and malt. The flavour is very soft with light notes of caramel, fruit, honey and aroma hops. The finish is moderately bitter.
