COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular.
Delicious and rich, a dark chestnut coloured ale made from Maris Otter barley and the finest English aromatic hops. Perfect balance of malty nuttiness and a fresh hoppy aroma.

Gravity dispense at the Happy Man May ’14 BF, Englefield Green, 22/05/14. Copper with a good sized off white head. Nose is orchard fruits, light smoke, malty tones. Taste comprises caramel, dark fruit twang, malt base, light nutty twang. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok bitter.

Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, light nutty, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, earthy notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20120503]

Cask@Reading Beer Festival 2012. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, wood, some mild floral notes along with mild grassyness. Flavour is fruity, bready, biscuity and wooden with some mild resiny notes. Pleasantly balanced and quite refreshing.
