Clear cristal clear white with a light touch of yellow color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate sweet sweet apple, artificial apple, flowers - elderflowers. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration, elderflowers. sweet artificial apple, like a danish ice called - Kaempe hvid laeske. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily and sticky, carbonation is soft. [20100711]

clear as water, small white head that soon disappears.
aroma is slightly flowery, slightly sourish, lots of sweetness as in candy or sugar.
flavor is sweetish, faint very sweet pear, candy.
tastes a lot like the scandinavian zero alc sugarpop cides you can get here and there, but has even less cider taste than most of those. the alc. is fairly well hidden.
