Bottle @ Papsø. Pours a clear golden color with no head. Has a sweetish spicy honey aroma with some flowery hints. Sweetish spicy honey flavor. Has a sweetish fruity spicy honey finish.

Clear light to medium yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, flowers, peppermint notes. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey, flowery honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20101024]

lots of spices , herbs and honey in the aroma. reminds me of herb tea.
flavor is honey, faint spices. tasty mead. also slight citrussy note.
