This brew is officially called "300 Coriander Place." On tap at brew house. Hazy yellowish wheat-beer-looking pour with minimal white head. Aroma is soft and refreshing and includes wheat and belgian candy sugar. Flavor is like a belgian trip mixed with a wheat brew... unique and refreshing - pretty taim though. Light body and low carbonation on the palate. Overall: highly sessionable and drinkable, quality brew.

On tap at the brewpub. Straw golden in color. Teasty scent with some clove aroma. Maybe a little banana there also. Complex aroma with the smell of freshly popped corn ! Interesting and strange flavors. Flavor of green Sweet Tarts and Gala apples. Sweet and tart. Matt uses a blend of 3 different Belgian yeasts that he scored from BBC.
