On tap at the Cumberland Brewpub. Clear yellow with a thin white head. Aroma of heavy buckwheat, yeast, mild fruit and malt. Taste has a decent amout of buckwheat but it doesn’t completely drown out the rest of the bill. Fruity yeast, toasted malt and mild hops round it out. Like most of the beers on this visit, this one had a mild burnt finish but was tasty enough. ‘Otay.
