Cask; Regular.
A good session ale, with malt and biscuit notes; it has a delicate hop aroma and a refreshing citrus hop after taste

Cask at Pigs Ear. Clear pale gold beer. Light dry palate. No real head. A little fruit in there but it’s all a bit too dry and insipid to be enjoyable.

Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some fruity and floral notes as well as mild herbal tones. Flavour is grassy, fruity and mildly wooden with some slight bready maltyness.

Vaguely acidic aroma of malt. The taste is acidic, bitter, harsh and a bit dry without having any proper malt base to complete and all these flavors with. I find the flavor strange and do not like it, but I can understand that there are people who enjoy it.

Cask conditioned at The Old Well, Barnard Castle, Co. Durham. Amber with white head. Quite a malty, biscuity beer giving a goos solid foundation, then a wheaty hop note. This make a cracking session beer. Really enjoyed it.

Cask, Kings Head, Carlisle. Excellent, fruity light brown beer. Pleasant fresh, hoppy aroma, but not overpowering. Creamy mouthfeel, which lingers on the tongue. On closer inspection, a very, very faint smokiness come sout in the back of the throat. A really well balanced brew and a superb first beer form this new micro.
