Cask@Pigs Ear Beer Festival 2011. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel, wood, fruits, some earth and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is fruity, wooden, caramelly, earthy and mildly toasted as well. Ends rather bready and a bit sweet fruity/floral hoppy.

On cask at The Paisley Beer Festival. Pours a light golden colour with a fair white head. Aroma of lemon, caramel, yeast and alcohol. Similar flavours with a grainy Nutragrain malt linger. Mild carbonation and an oily mouth-feel. Not bad.

Refreshing fruit smell. Medium light thin body. Light gold with a thin white frothy head. Bittersweet apple juice with a citrus tinge. Bitter hop finish - Tangy. Enjoyable.
