Draft at the source. This one is very fruity with a touch of citrus, very tadty and not too bitter.

Draft at brewpub. They had a different name than what is listed, but this is the only IPA I could find by Cumberland. It poured a nice golden amber with a thick, froathy white head. Aroma is strong of hops, but malts also stand out. Hints of grass, citrus, and pine come through as well. On the palate, this beer is refreshing and crisp. The flavor is sweet and bitter at the same time, finishing with a great hoppy bitter bite. A great example of an IPA.

on tap at the brewpub as KT IPA. Wow, this is ridiculously cloudy with a tall white head. I mean serious, tiny yeast particles in a very dense concentration give this a creamy, milky appearance. The aroma = grapefruit. It’s pretty much grapefruit juice to my nose, though more potent. There is a great deal of genuine citrus bitterness in the flavor which makes it quite dry. Very little sweetness is noted anywhere, maybe something in a bread-like hint. This is absolutely an IPA and fairly well done, maybe just slightly rough around the edges. No pussyfooting around on this one.

Draft sample at Keg Fest with a name tag of KT IPA. Poured hazy copper color with an average creamy off-white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture. Medium to heavy bitter flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

cloudy orange with a nice fluffy white head. great lacing that clings to the glass all the way down. floral almost soapy hop aroma with nice biscuit malt. bittersweet balanced nutty biscuit flavor with an extremely nutty almost hazelnut like bitter medium dry finish. medium body. nice ipa.

Cask conditioned and dry-hopped. Pours dark golden with a thick foamy head. Excellent cask pour. Fragrant aroma of citrus, pine cone, and grapefruit. Typical west coast hop aroma, but not overdone. Very fresh hop taste and nicely spicy with floral notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, slightly resinous with soft carbonation. I don’t usually enjoy IPAs this much. Quite delicious!

from the growler my cousin brought me for festivus. light brown tan color that is a bit hazed . aroma hints at the bitterness, not much in the nose though. taste is requisite hop bitterness with some bubble gum and a tad bit of caramel. the bitter is not kind to my tongue. prickling bite. lingering rubber pine flavor. something herbal and close to medicinal about this.

Homebrew-like aroma with heavy yeastiness, cardboard, and undertones of coffee, orange, and nuts. The appearance was transluscent peach. Clearly not dry-hopped. Chewy bitterness and a light acidity with following herbal flavors and toast in the finish. Although I sense very good potential for this not-so-polished brew.
