Clear gold pour. Aroma is musty mellow honey. Clear taste is sweet honey. I drink it and think little John. Good meade.

Draft to half-pint at Cumberland. Looks good; a still, foggy orange. Smells and tastes of mellow, balanced honey. Average on the palate. A solid no-frills mead.

Half pint pour at the brewery. Hazy golden-tan. Pretty mild and sugary. apple honey flavor. Pretty one dimensional, easy to drink. Some alcohol depth, but very cidery too. Sweet and enjoyable, but not so memorable.

On tap at the brewpub in Louisville, KY. Pours a cloudy, brighter golden-orange colored body with a thin, creamy, white head that dissipates quickly and leaves no lacing. Aroma is sweet honey with a few florals with a touch of lemon. Flavor is similar. Sweeter honey up front with a slight honey pale malt, a few lemon florals, and a slight cider tartness in the middle. Finishes sweet with a slight dryness and a light lemon floral. Medium-length aftertaste following a medium-full body and a light, spritzy carbonation. Overall, a decent mead. Sweet with lots of honey, some pale malts, and a light lemony floral. Not bad.

Not a big mead fan but gave it a try, still not a fan. Gold pour, honey scent and taste.

Tap at brewpub. Honey malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow color. Honey flavor initially followed by malt and a mild bitter finish. A great mead.

Cloudy straw gold pour with no carbonation. Sweet honey aroma and a hint of abv. Honey, light sweet, with an earthy finish. A bit thin and watery but very nice.

I really liked this one. very light and sweet honey flavor, a touch more alcohol flavor than i’d have liked, but overall a very pleasant refreshing experience.

This was a very cool little treat. Nose was obviously of some light honey and taste was very much of honey and fusel alcohol, though there was also some nice beer-esque taste. The more I drank it, the more it grew on me, as I"m not a huge honey fan. Pale yellow, no head, a bit sparkling. Nice.

On tap at Cumberland brew pub. Yellow with a medium white head. Aroma of honey, taste of honey and mild lemon. Very smooth and easy to drink. A malty consistency that had a semi-puckery finish. This was the first time I’ve ever tried meade so I have no basis for comparison, but I thought this one was pretty solid. I wish the honey beers that hardly taste like honey would taste a bit more like this one.
